Aidan Salisbury is the Co-Founder and CEO of Salisbury Labs, where he leads the development of next-generation composite materials with a focus on sustainability and performance. With a background in mechanical engineering and deep experience in advanced composites manufacturing, Aidan has supported cutting-edge R&D efforts across aerospace, energy, and defense sectors. His work bridges hands-on process development with strategic vision, driving innovation in areas like bio-derived carbon fiber. Aidan is committed to building a materials company that challenges convention and creates lasting environmental impact.

Co-Founder & CTO

Will Salisbury is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Salisbury Labs, where he leads materials innovation and process development for next-generation composite systems. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University. Will brings experience from industry and research—having supported composite manufacturing at Safran and developed thermoplastic structures at UMaine’s Composites Center. His expertise in polymers, process engineering, and scalable composite fabrication is foundational to our technical vision at Salisbury Labs.
